Quote Desk Terms of Use

Operator and purpose
Sparkys Quote Desk is operated by Sparkys on the Loose Electrical (ABN 35 611 941 158). Contact: admin@akindustries.com.au. The app helps authorised users prepare quotes and invoices and manage jobs and bookings. These terms govern use of the app. They do not replace the electrical-work terms supplied with a quote or contract.

Permission to use
The operator grants invited users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for authorised business and scheduling purposes while their access remains approved. Access may be restricted by role, suspended for misuse, or removed when no longer needed. Do not share sign-in credentials or attempt to access records outside your permitted role.

Your responsibilities
Enter accurate information and only upload or enter information you are authorised to use. Check customer details, work descriptions, prices, GST, invoice dates, due dates and recipients before approving or sending documents. Internal approval is a record of the user's review; it does not itself prove customer acceptance, payment or successful transfer to another service. Estimates and suggested wording require human review.

Connected services
Google and any other connected services require account-holder authorisation and remain subject to their own terms and availability. The app sends emails or synchronises bookings as described by the relevant controls. Check reported errors before relying on a transfer. Calendar synchronisation currently copies app bookings to app-created Google calendars; it does not import existing Google appointments. QuickBooks integration is not yet connected and must be separately configured and authorised before use. Revoking a connection does not automatically remove documents, emails or events already created elsewhere.

Records and privacy
Business records remain the responsibility of the operator and the relevant record owners. Information is handled as described in the Sparkys Quote Desk Privacy Policy. Keep appropriate copies of important business documents. Contact the operator for data-access, correction, deletion or disconnection requests; applicable record-keeping obligations may limit deletion.

Acceptable use
Do not use the app unlawfully, send unsolicited messages, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious content, or bypass access controls. Do not represent the app as endorsed by Google or Intuit. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Availability and changes
The app is under active development. Features may change, and access or synchronisation may be interrupted. The operator does not promise uninterrupted availability or that third-party services will always succeed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law. These terms do not limit obligations under a separate electrical-work contract.

Ending access and updates
Users may stop using the app and request removal of their access by contacting admin@akindustries.com.au. The operator may update these terms and will communicate material changes to authorised users. The revised date identifies the current version.
