INFORMATION AND PURPOSE
We store authorised users' sign-in details, customer contact information, addresses, quote and invoice items, prices, job notes and bookings entered into the app. We use this information to manage electrical work, prepare documents, send requested quote emails and maintain the shared schedule. The owner can access business records; scheduling-only users can access shared bookings, including their notes and addresses.
GOOGLE CONNECTIONS
With the account holder's permission, Gmail sends quote emails and attachments. The app does not read the Gmail inbox. Google Calendar creates and updates bookings in calendars created by this app; changes in the app can remove or replace its Google events. Existing personal Google appointments are not imported. We store connected account emails, encrypted authorisation tokens and calendar/sync identifiers. Google passwords are not stored by the app.
QUICKBOOKS
QuickBooks integration is being prepared and is not currently connected. Before activation, the app will explain the company information and invoice/customer data it needs and request authorisation. This policy will be updated if its data practices change.
STORAGE AND SHARING
The app runs on OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare hosting and database services. These providers process information to operate the service, potentially outside Australia. Google processes emails and calendar events sent through the authorised connections. Quote information is shared with the selected email recipient when the owner sends a quote. This public Wix page does not display private app records. We do not sell app data or use Google data for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models. Information manually copied into another service is subject to that service's terms.
SECURITY, RETENTION AND YOUR CHOICES
Access is restricted to authorised accounts. Connections use HTTPS and stored Google authorisation tokens are encrypted. Records are retained while needed for business operations and applicable record-keeping obligations; deletion may not immediately remove provider backups or copies already sent to recipients. To request access, correction, deletion, or disconnection, or raise a privacy concern, email admin@akindustries.com.au. We may verify your identity before acting. You can also revoke Google access in your Google Account's third-party connections settings; this stops future access but does not automatically delete existing records or sent messages.

Updates will be published here with a revised date. New uses of connected-account data will be disclosed and consent obtained where required.
